As a qualified Trauma Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I specialise in trauma-informed practice with a strong foundation in social justice. I hold space for those navigating systems that are not built for justice, and I actively challenge social conformities of equality by centring the dignity and ingenuity of individuals and communities. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where clients feel truly heard, respected, and empowered. I guide my approach to be grounded in empathy and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth.

I offer individuals a flexible and safe space to explore whatever may arise during our sessions. Our work together is client-centred and grounded in the present moment, allowing space for meaningful reflection and growth.
My practice is always evolving. I’m committed to ongoing learning and the thoughtful integration of diverse therapeutic approaches. I work within an integrative framework, drawing on Response-Based Practice, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and strategies that support the unfolding of emotions, safety, and reflection. My approach is grounded in dignity, integrity, and a profound understanding of systemic and interpersonal violence, viewed through a lens that is informed by both violence and systems.
