Located on Yuin Country, on the beautiful South Coast in the Shoalhaven, NSW.
As a qualified Trauma Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I specialise in trauma-informed practice grounded in social justice. I work alongside people navigating the impacts of trauma, interpersonal violence, and systems that do not always uphold dignity, safety, or justice.
My practice recognises the strength, resourcefulness, and ingenuity people bring to their experiences. Rather than locating difficulty solely within the individual, I remain attentive to the broader social, relational, and systemic contexts that shape people’s lives and the ways they respond to adversity.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic space where you can feel heard, respected, and able to explore what matters to you. My approach is guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for your autonomy, with a deep belief in each person’s capacity for reflection, healing, and growth.

I offer individuals a flexible and safe space to explore whatever may arise during our sessions. Our work together is client-centred and grounded in the present moment, creating space for meaningful reflection, emotional exploration, and growth.
My practice continues to evolve through ongoing learning and the thoughtful integration of diverse therapeutic approaches. Working within an integrative framework, I draw on Response-Based Practice alongside strategies that support emotional unfolding, safety, and reflection.
At the heart of my approach are dignity and integrity, together with a deep understanding of systemic and interpersonal violence. My work is informed by both violence- and systems-aware perspectives, recognising the broader relational, social, and structural contexts that shape people’s experiences and responses.
